Welcome to our Junior School
Sabine DehonThe first thing I want to see is happy students, as children who are happy within themselves will find it easier to learn. We teach the French curriculum, but our students have lessons in both English and French. The objective is to create bilingual children, at ease with people of all nationalities which, we achieve through our international student intake alongside high-quality and imaginative teaching. We employ Francophone and Anglophone teachers who teach lessons in their mother tongue, which we believe is necessary to create truly bilingual minds.
Bilingual, international
We have more than 40 nationalities at our school, and I see this as a fundamental part of what we offer at EIFA. I believe it is very important that children make friends with people from around the world, and learn to respect their new friends' cultures. We encourage our students to understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right. We do not operate a selection policy and accept children on a first-come first-served basis. We also offer extra support to those children whose family background means they need extra help with French or English.
