03 December 2015

On Monday 30 November 2015 we launched the Telethon/Jeans for Genes EIFA event.

Did you know that genetic disorders affect more than 30 million people in Europe, 1 out of 20 children in France and 1 out of 25 in the UK?

Over 30 people attended the lecture delivered by Myriam Chérif, researcher for I-Stem (institute for Stem Cell Therapy and Exploration of Monogenic Deseases) composed by students, parents, teachers and staff members.

Hosting this event EIFA is taking part in the "1000 researchers in schools » ran by AFM-Telethon. EIFA thanks Dr Cherif for coming.

Our next events with Telethon - Jeans for Genes EIFA  will be on Friday 11 December from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturday 12 December from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
